Wild Thyme - Plant Based Kitchen has been my dream for years and I'm excited to finally share it with the world. Since I entered the food industry in 1994 my focus has always been on bringing tasty, healthy, and delicious foods to my customers. It has been 15 years since I changed my diet to 100% Plant Based for health reasons and I can’t imagine ever going back. My philosophy is that plant-based foods need to be accessible to everyone - not only to vegans like myself. That means that first and foremost plant-based foods need to be delicious and satisfying. This is how I cook and eat at home for myself and my family and this is what I want to share with everyone. I invite you to join me on my delicious plant-based journey.
